Email Support

To reach customer support in near real time, customers should email support@geotracinternational.com.  The GEOTrac Customer Support Center is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MT Monday to Friday. Tier 1 (software) and Tier 2 (hardware) support is available. Customer support email is also monitored outside the Customer Support Center’s regular business hours.


Phone Support

The GEOTrac Customer Support Center is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MT. Customer Support Representatives will answer any questions regarding billing, software application support, account management. Tier 2 support for connectivity or hardware issues is also available. GEOTrac  works with a 24 hr/7 day call center to monitor urgent product or service calls from customers after business hours. This is not an emergency response center for distress messages from GEOTrac’s Lifeline Services. The call center will relay important information to GEOTrac’s on-call support for immediate follow up. phone 1-403-261-2965 for transfer.


Documentation

Customers have Installation Manuals, Quick Reference Guides, Quick Reference Cards, Troubleshooting Checklists and FAQs available for all aspects of our products and services. Documents are available at www.assetcontrolcenter.com on the main page of the Asset Control Center 3.5.

Short on time? No problem, GEOTrac provides easy-to-understand videos on all of the exciting features and functionality of the Asset Control Center 3.5. Simply click on the feature of interest and sit back, watch and listen. Training videos are available for customers at www.assetcontrocenter.com at the bottom of the main page.


Installation

GEOTrac can arrange installations and repairs for your vehicles on-site. GEOTrac has a team of technical specialists available across Western Canada to install data modems, mobile data terminals, antennas and PERF assemblies. Contact our field service at 403-261-2962 ext. 24. GEOTrac also works with installation companies all over Western Canada to compliment our own team. As a customer if you have your own technical team or prefer to work with an existing company, GEOTrac can provide installation training.


Warranties & Repairs

We back what we sell. Customers can rest assured that products are covered under a extensive warranty program for hardware and components. GEOTrac has a no-nonsense policy for replacing and repairing products under warranty. Talk to our field service team for detailed information.
