Low-cost, lots of data. GEOTrac provides a reliable fleet management solution that pinpoints location of each vehicle in the fleet using GPS and provides high-speed Internet right to the truck! Applications such as in-vehicle mapping, field ticketing, hours of service and two-way data communications are all possible.

Getting Specific

GEOTrac employs an enterprise CDMA data modem connected to a standard laptop or mounted screen to display custom oil and gas mapping and reporting. Full track and trace as well as dispatch to lease sites makes sense using LSDs. Better productivity and improved safety are just two of the benefits of GEOTrac’s service.

Custom Mapping 

Track your vehicles using Google satellite imagery, industry road data or a combination of both. GEOTrac provides you with customizable maps including site and road markers, document publishing and geofencing of work areas and roads. 

Reporting

To increase the productivity and safety of your fleet, GEOTrac provides custom reports that will manage your day to day operations:

Messaging

GEOTrac provides two text messaging options. On the cellular network, customers use the web-based messaging centre to send and receive SMS messages between central dispatch and drivers. Drivers can use a laptop connected to the high-speed Internet modem for two-way text messaging, truck-to- truck email and centralized dispatching.

Asset Control Center

GEOTrac’s Asset Control Centre 3.5 is the cornerstone of GEOTrac’s software platform. The easy-to-use service combines custom mapping, key reporting, two-way messaging, employee management and dispatching.

Customer Support

GEOTrac provides three-tier phone support. Customers needing Quick Start training and simple troubleshooting, can call our Customer Care Centre Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (MT). Customers requiring administration or dispatch training, can arrange one-on-one phone sessions. Detailed product or network service issues can be resolved with our in-house engineering team.

Installation

GEOTrac provides on-site professional installations at reasonable rates. Our network of third party sales and installations professionals will provide custom training an ongoing support for your service.

Training and Support Materials

Comprehensive training programs are available either classroom style or one-on-one. Helpful training is available for administrators, safety managers, maintenance foremen’s, dispatchers and drivers.
