Technical Service Updates
November 9, 2005 - 15 Amp Fuse - Our latest technical service update is recommending the use of a 15 Amp fuse to connect GEOTrac's "smart" modem to your vehicle's power source. As part of the standard installation, we are recommending that customers ensure that this fuse is installed at the fuse panel. This is simply an added layer of protection on top of the MOV surge protector already provided.
